1. Introduction
1.1 The hereby presented General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTC’) contain the terms and conditions of the Dadu-Art Művészeti Szolgáltató Közhasznú Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság’s (registered office: 1111 Budapest, Stoczek Street 13. GFL. 2.; hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) https://tamogatas.evaduda.net website (hereinafter referred to as ‘Website’) which has also fundraising function.
1.2 The purpose of the donation is that monetary donors (hereinafter referred to as ‘Donor(s)’) could build an adherent community that will ensure the permanent and solid operation of the Foundation and its goals.
1.3 The Website also offers the possibility to make a financial donation (hereinafter referred to as ‘Donation’) for the operation of the Foundation.

3. Fundraising on the Website
3.1 To donate on the Website, use the Support page.
3.2 Donations can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via OTP Mobil Szolgáltató Kft. (registered office: 1143 Budapest, Hungária blvd. 17-19.): using the payment system operated by SimplePay.
3.3 In case of a bank transfer, please kindly provide the following information to your account holding bank:

3.4 In case of credit card payment, please kindly provide the following information on the Website:

3.4.6. In the case of payment by bank card, after providing the data and accepting the GTC, the payment will be redirected to SimplePay's payment system interface, where additional information will be required to donate and complete the process. On SimplePay’s designated interface, it is possible to provide a pre-specific amount or other individually determined amounts of Donation, as well as to make regular Donations. Setting up a regular Donation in SimplePay can be modified or canceled.
3.4.7. Payment via SimplePay is free of charge.
3.4.8. Registration in the SimplePay payment system is free of charge, but not mandatory. If already have a SimplePay wallet (account), you do not need to register again.
3.4.9. Through the SimplePay payment system, it is possible to donate without registration, simply enter your bank card details. In this case, SimplePay registration is not required for the payment but the GTC of SimplePay must be accepted.
3.4.10. The following credit cards are accepted by SimplePay: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Electron, or Amex.
3.4.11. Bank card details entered through the SimplePay payment system will not be transmitted to the Foundation, they are only used by SimplePay.
3.4.12. In the case of bank card payment, the personal data provided by the SimplePay payment system are processed by SimplePay in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Foundation is not responsible for the processing of the data provided on the SimplePay payment system.
3.5. The Foundation can only accept donations in the ways listed in the GTC (except for prior arrangements). For cash donations, please contact the Foundation using the contact details below:
4. The purpose and use of the Donation
4.1. The Foundation shall use the donations to achieve its purpose. Within this framework, the Foundation is using the donations to support the implementation of the sustainable year of 2021, thereby using the donations to organize more families’ vacations.
4.2. The Foundation shall inform the Donors at least twice per calendar year about the use of the Donations.

6. Miscellaneous provisions
6.1. The Foundation may amend the provisions of these GTC at any time. The amendment shall not apply to the donations already made or to their use. The present GTC and its amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the Website.
6.2. The Donor expressly waives the right to recover the donation provided for in the civil law without conditions or restrictions.
6.3. In the case of matters not regulated in the GTC, the provisions of Hungarian law shall prevail, and the Foundation recorded them in the above-referenced privacy notices.
